I can't thank you guys enough!!

Before deciding to go with Adel and his team. I had been in contact with three other proberty management companies. HANDS DOWN Real Proberty Management was the best decision I could have made. I knew they were different from the first phone conversation. They were so professional and patience in answering any questions I had. Not only being new to the Property management company world but being a first time home owner too, naturally I had a lot of questions. Adel an the whole staff made me feel comfortable and safe. My house closed April 21t and there are tenants moving in on May 10t. Insane! Adel is one of the most honest people I have come by. He really cares for both his tenants and the owners. With Adel's help I have peace of mind and time to look and buy more properties. I can't thank you guys enough!!

We are pleased with RPM overall.

We have been using RPM to handle a very complicated probate estate with multiple properties, some with multiple units, commercial and residential. It has not been an easy task but they have been on top of things. Julianna especially is great at communicating and getting estimates, she always takes my calls and knows exactly what's going on. If I need her to do something she handles it immediately. We are pleased with RPM overall and do feel Adel has given personal attention to things which we appreciated.

He is a wonderful help

Adel is amazing! He is a wonderful help. You can definitely rely on him renting out your property. I have no doubts & I trust that he knows what he's doing. Plus, the girls at the office are so nice & also very helpful. Whenever I have a question I can always count on them to get back to me with an answer right away. Bottom line, if you want to rent out your property, Adel with Real property management is who you need to contact! You wont regret it.

Amazing service.

My husband and I just recently moved to the Bay Area and a friend recommended we use this company to rent out our home in the valley. We met with Adel, he was very professional and informative. He promised us we'd have our house rented within 2 weeks and he delivered. He created the owner portal which is an amazing service that kept us informed with everything happening. It's user friendly and hassle free, even for someone like me! I recommend this company to anyone that is playing on renting out their property.

I had a wonderful experience with Real Property Management! They found a reliable family for my home in Northridge. There were no problems throughout the year and what I really liked about them was that I was always in control. When there was a maintenance issue, they'd fill me in right away and I would get email updates. I really liked being able to see all the issues (if any) online. RPM was a great choice.

I just had Real Property Management of West San Fernando Valley start working for me this year, and they have been incredible so far. They're managing a property for me in Los Angeles while I'm here in Minnesota, they have just been terrific. The communication system that they have is much better than my previous management company, so it's been much easier to access information. They can handle everything.

Overall, I am very happy

I have been with Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley for about 6 months now and have been very satisfied with the service received. I first heard about them through a property I was looking into and they were the property managers for it. Personally, I really like how responsive and personable they are. Truly lifesavers!!

Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley are truly lifesavers!! I am finally sleeping at night - that is how much of a burden has been lifted off my shoulders. My brother uses them for his 4 rentals, and I have been with them about 1 year with my rental home. They take all the hassles out of renting and make it so easy for landlords. Adel managed my property in West Hollywood for over 3 years when I relocated for my job. He located tenants from the start. If there was an occasional problem, Adel and his team were quick to intervene. My property was well-maintained. When I decided to sell, Adel was very cooperative and professional. The tenant remained until the close of escrow. I particularly appreciate the RPM web platform for reports and financial management. Adel and his team at RPM managed my condo and went above and beyond when I wanted to sell it with the tenant still in place. They found the tenant a suitable new place and coordinated with my Realtor to get the sale completed quickly. I would highly recommend wether you are renting or an owner!

Knowledgeable professionals

I rented a town home with Adel and I could not have asked for better management. Adel and his team were always professional and timely in making sure any maintenance needed was done quickly and right. He was always helpful and friendly. If I had not moved out of the Valley, I definitely would have moved to another property managed by them. I will miss dealing with these friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Highly recommend

I don't know if there's anyone as knowledgeable and caring as Adele . He has always been able to find me a tenant as soon as one moves out . He is also very concerned that it is the right tenant. Adele also goes over and beyond property management duties. He referred the best pool service company to care for my tenants pool , that was terribly abused and neglected. I can't tell you how many pool companies I went through. Whatever the problem was due to being able to rent my place Adele was there to give me the solution. I went through much Financial loss and aggravation of delinquent tenants , tenant that were good and gone bad ,trying to property manage this home on my own . I had to learn the hard way. Wish somebody could've just told me to call Adele then it would've been a no-brainer. He will get your property rented he will make it happen and you will be at ease, always able to contact him or a colleague. Yes I highly recommend you call this man if you need a good property manager.

Adel and his company at Real Property Management have done it AGAIN!! From my last comment (dated 5/9/12) Adel has been wonderful at helping us find the perfect tenant to take care of the home I've worked very hard to earn and keep. Since then, our home has been beautifully taken care of and I've had NO ISSUES with tenants in regards to payments, care of the property, as well as complaints from other neighbors in my living facility that Adel did not personally take care of. Our monthly rent checks were consistently deposited in our checking accounts each month without any delay. There was even a time where Adel (without notifying me UNTIL it was finalized) that our tenant moved out. It took him TWO WEEKS to find a new tenant and our monthly rent check did NOT even skip a beat, securing a new family to care for our property. In terms of DOING IT AGAIN - my husband and I saw the trend of the housing market and saw it was a good time to sell. Adel kindly referred us to (seriously) THE BEST REALTOR IN THE VALLEY (please see my next Yelp comment about Stephanie Vitacco at Kellar Willaims). She and Adel are people of their WORD - if they say they can find someone to rent / sell your property in the allotted time they quote - THEY MEAN BUSINESS!! Within the time of meeting (OVER THE PHONE ONLY!!) Stephanie, starting paper work to sell the property (which was in November 2013) to closing escrow (which was YESTERDAY) - the whole transaction was SEAMLESS and PROFESSIONAL, and they did it all in a very kind and courteous matter. I told Adel yesterday that we sold our property, and though our business relationship has come to an end, he has been nothing but THE CREAM OF THE CROP in terms of PROPERTY MANAGEMENT not only in the SAN FERNANDO VALLEY, but seriously (in my book) ALL OF LOS ANGELES!! I also mentioned to him that God truly did bless our family when I googled / yelped PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LISTINGS in San Fernando - Adel has been THE BEST person to work with for the past 2 years!! If any of you Yelpers out there need to speak with me personally about the wonderful service either Adel or Stephanie provides, please contact them and let them know that I gave permission for them to give my cell number (No late calls after 8p - I do have a little one at home!!) - I'll be more than happy and honestly, it truly would be my pleasure, to speak with you about all the wonderfulness (geez, I can't say that enough) that these two have brought me. I have worked with Adel and his company for almost half a year now. All I can say is that they have done an amazing job for me. They told me what to do to make my house more rentable. I did exactly what they told me to do. My house was rented within weeks after I handed it over to Adel. I do not have to deal with all the stresses being a property owner. I was really impressed

From the moment I contacted this company I was really impressed. They got back to me right away (on a Sunday) and answered my questions. Exceed expectations.

I am an overseas-based property owner who owns a house in Beverly Hills. I usually live between Australia and Japan. This is my first post on Yelp. Owning investment property is sometimes fraught with difficulty. More so if you are overseas. I cannot recommend Adel Rafaele of Real Property Management highly enough. When problem situations arise, Adel responds to calls and emails immediately and works tirelessly to exceed expectations. The company's in-house maintenance crew, led by Jeanette, are deserving of special mention. They are very competent, unfailingly polite, and are capable of performing miracles. Best of all, they show up on time and are completely trustworthy. In short, Adel's outfit is a one-stop-shop that can more than meet the needs of international investors like myself. If it helps, the office is multi-lingual -between them, they speak many languages including English, Spanish, Japanese, even Arabic. Keep up the great work guys! PS. This is an unsolicited post . I was looking for property management company to rent my house in a very unique area. Spoke with a few and settled on Adel who immediately came out to see the house and assess what we could expect as for rent and discuss his fees. Fees were more reasonable than most property management companies in the area and we took a few days to decide and called him several times. He answered immediately every time and was very responsive. Some of the others did not return messages promptly so this was a big plus. If you can even make immediate contact before you've signed on, what can you expect after they have you under contract? The house was rented within two weeks and no fees were charged until the first month's rent was paid along with deposits. RPM also uses an online account that was very convenient for me and also for the tenants to report items that needed repairs. If you feel more comfortable dealing with someone that will chit chat with you about the property and do an excellent job, call Tatiana. If you are like me and are strictly business and would prefer not to spend more than a minute on the phone handling matters, Adel is the one you want to deal with as he knows his market and is direct to the point without a lot of fluff. I declined to renew with RPM after two years because I was planning on not renting the house any longer. Even after several months have pasted, Adel offered to be present when the tenants vacated so that he could advise what damages and repairs the tenants would be responsible for and which ones they would not. This is completely on his own time and he would have nothing to gain financially from offering that service. It is simply part of the overall service that RPM provides.

The real deal

My husband and I were in need of a property management firm to: 1) Find a tenant for our home and 2) Manage the property. Though we love our home dearly, our new addition has required us to find more spacious accommodations. I wanted to find a tenant that would take good care of my home by making it theirs - thanks to Adel, at Real Property Management, this wish has become a reality! I've contacted other property management companies - one stating a 'ridiculous' amount of money for the same advertisement/screening process Adel and his company offers at a very nominal fee. I asked Adel what the turn around time was to rent our property - he stated, with his experience, he could find a tenant within 2-3 weeks of contact. I was skeptical at first, but within days of speaking with him he was able to have clients visit our home within that same week! Not only that, he was able to send someone our way who ended up signing a lease with us a week and a half after first contact. Included in Adel's services is having potential tenants go through a screening process. He found that our new tenant had a wonderful track record that would make her someone we could trust to care for our home. Adel is kind, professional, and is 'the real deal' as far as property management firms go. His prices are reasonable and my husband and I have experienced nothing but first-class customer service. He is prompt with his return phone calls / text messages - and was very organized in the way he handled our transition from live-in owner to landlord. I highly recommend Adel as someone to contact for all your property management needs in the San Fernando Valley.

The house is kept up like a palace

If you're reading this review, then you're already doing something right. Do research on who you work with. My experience with Adel has been so very positive the last eight months, that I must put down in writing the benefits of working with him. Having managed my own properties for years, I was stubborn to use a property manager. In this case, I learned that there's always someone else who has more time, experience, and connections to get your property rented out quickly and for a premium. In regards to my property, Adel rented it out to a wonderful family within two weeks for a fair market price. If I pursued renting the property out myself, I would be considered lucky to have rented it out within six weeks for 90% of value. Adel also has a team of associates who handle different needs such as repairs, remodels, emergency plumbing response, and pool cleaning services. Their prices are reasonable and their service is professional. So far, eight months into my contract, the rent is on time and the house is kept up like a palace. Thanks Adel!

I am completely satisfied by my experience

I have been a Tenant through Adel at Real Property Management for 2 years now, let me start with that. Having said that, let me also state that this is my very first time renting as an adult with a lease, so obviously first time with a property management company as well. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Adel. He is very reliable and makes the move in process very comfortable. He has been responsible with the property yet remains non-invasive in comparison to plenty of landlord horror stories I have heard about property management companies in the past. Whenever I have a question, Adel is just a text away. He always responds in a timely manner, often times right away! Tatiana is always very professional and eager to answer questions I have about lease renewals or changing names of lessees. The website for RPM is really easy to navigate and it also has a feature for maintenance, which you use to tell RPM what has broken or needs plumbing, and schedule for it to be fixed. All in all, I am completely satisfied by my experience with RPM and I have recently decided to renew my lease for a third year at my wonderful home. I could not have asked for a better first renting experience and doubt my later experiences will measure up to this one, so my next goal is owning a home myself.

He is completely professional

Adel is personable, he's polite, he's respectful, and he's genuine. He truly cares about creating a relationship with potential and actual tenants. His phenomenal customer experience blew me and my friends out of the water. Normally when you are dealing with agents or agencies, they are very short-business-style, in which they strictly communicate through technology, and are strict to the paper edge; Adel broke through that barrier and while taking all factors into consideration, he also works to get to know who you are as a person as well. He is completely professional and informative; he lays everything on the table and is willing to talk about it. If there is anyone that should be recommended, it is Adel; hands down the best that myself and my boyfriend have ever worked with.

Adel, the owner of RPM, is excellent! He responds quickly and with care. He also found me good tenants within 4 days of listing my condo! He told me he would probably have my place rented within 2 weeks but I am super impressed how fast and true to his word he has been! They take care of handling business such as repairs or tenant issues which is great for me because I am out of town a lot. His prices are also very fair-- and yes, I did some comparison shopping before going with him. UPDATE: Adel and I had an issue but he resolved it. I am very happy with how things have turned out. Thank you Adel for fixing the issue I had with tenant before!

I highly recommend Adel!

I am currently living in a house that I rented through Adel and my experience living here has been wonderful! Adel is incredibly responsive, any time any day. I've even emailed him on a holiday without realizing what day it was and he responded within ten minutes. Prior of living here, My experience was also astounding. Adel gave us a walk through of the house, and was completely honest and pleasant. The process of signing the lease and payment was very honorable. I actually paid a few dollars to test out paying rent through the website and later when I saw him paid everything full in cash even though I technically paid a little on the website, and he called me out about it and actually gave me the money back in cash to make sure I didn't over pay. With Adel, I never felt like I was making a business transaction, instead I felt as if I was working with a friend. Adel is not a standard business man, he is an old fashion business meaning he cares for that personal connection and relationship and places that before money, business, etc. I highly recommend Adel!

I was very pleased

I have a house in toluca lake and was worry sick about leasing it out to a stranger. I contacted Adel at Real property management after reading all good reviews in Yelp and I was very pleased from the initial meeting all the way until the selection of a very good tenant. I was on top of everything happening thru their owner portal I was even surprised to see the tenant lease uploaded in my portal the minute the lease was negotiated with the tenant. Then the process of receiving the money from the tenant and the transfer of the funds to our account was smooth and informative as every step in the process was clearly transparent. This company and its employees are amazing. From day one the and the call we made and the follow up during the showing and the meeting at the office for the lease signing everything went so smooth then the move in day inspector we met with Julie she video taped the house during the move in inspection and showed us in her tablet how to submit a work order online 24/7 if anything breaks in the house. We moved in and the excellent service never stopped as their online payment made it very easy for a guy like me who travels a lot. After a year and half living with them we got out and the online ledger that was available thru our portal was our ticket to the next rental. We sure missed the online payment and the work order online now in our current house. I recommend this company to anyone as they do really care about their clients.

We have had the pleasure of working with Adel

We have had the pleasure of working with Adel and his team as of May 2014. At the time I contacted his office, we the homeowners, really needed a one stop shop. Quickly we had to find renters for our home and also, since we were moving out of state, we needed somebody to manage the property. Adel was able to fulfill all of our needs. Within less than two days we showed our house and found a renter perfect for our property. Every month that we've been renting our home we have received rent on time, and if anything went wrong with the house Adel and his team had a worker come in and fix the maintenance issue immediately. Real Property Management also is a very hands on company, they request that the tenet reach out to them if having any maintenance issues or anything of that matter rather than the homeowner. Since using this company we have felt very grateful for finding such a team like we did. If I ever have any questions I call the office and they are very good at getting back to us.

This company is very professional

For about 5 years I have been using another property management company and didn't know what I was missing, until I met Adel at Real Property Management. (Now I regret every minute I spent paying someone else to do half of a job) Adel is as classy as they come, always easy to get a hold of, responds to my needs immediately and cares about me. They offered much and with such care and enthusiasm

I am writing this review because for once I feel it is justly deserved. I had the experience of meeting Adel and his assistant Vanessa recently due to needing a rental agency to list and possibly manage a house I own. After talking a bit about my desires we decided to go with full management. They offered much and with such care and enthusiasm. Due to a personal reason I had to cancel my contract and was very nervous about the reaction. Well be prepared to be amazed....In this crazy world of wanting and needing these folks reacted to my situation with grace and professionalism.I don't know about most people but speaking for myself...it is refreshing to know there are people who still have ethics and kindness when doing business. You will not find a better team than Adel and Vanessa. Don't want to sound mushy but these guys renewed my faith in real estate property managers.

Adel is the best property manager I've ever worked with, which is saying a lot since I've rented from my own parents! He makes himself and his team available anytime to renters, which is great during emergency situations. Anytime I've contacted Adel, he's always responded within a few hours (if not within the hour). It is always a pleasure

Adel is one of the most integrity driven business owners I have ever met. I went to one of his open houses and the way he was equally dedicating time to all of his prospective visitors was very impressive. He is super friendly and his experience an calm demeanor is very welcoming. The paperwork process was direct and straight forward, his staff was 100% customer service oriented as this is all a reflection of its CEO and his work standards. I was contentiously pleasantly surprised as to how every need of their client was met. They anticipate your needs before you need them, that is the formula of a successful management company. Any additional concerns I had about the house was addressed right away as they keep track of everything online and is just a super smooth process for a person like me who is always on the go. I have a vacation rental that I was unsuccessful in trying to find a reliable property management company...until now! Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley has a very thorough screening process and has done and excellent job keeping my rental not only occupied, but as been prompt in attending to any problems or needs that go along with having a rental property. They collect the rent and handle all issues that may arise immediately. I recommend them highly!!

Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley manages a condo that I rent out and they exceed my expectations. They handle everything that needs to be done and respond promptly. They are also incredibly intelligent about doing things the right way and that is why I hired them. I have already recommended them several times. I can not say enough about them.

Adel and his team are absolutely the best! Anytime I have ever needed to contact the company for anything from minor fixes to me having locked myself out, I have always gotten a very timely response. They also allow you to pay your rent online, which is very convenient for me because I work a lot. I just love this company! They are extremely professional and kind. I couldn't have picked a better place to rent from! I highly recommend them!!
